I was only wearing 3 t-shirts and 3 sweatshirts and a coat along with one pair of pants.

Last night I wore 3 pairs of thermal underwear tops and bottoms, along with my usual 3 pairs of sweatshirts and a coat.

It seems like winter is coming a little bit early this year.

It usually doesn't start dropping under a 100°F until the end of October.

I saw another coyote tonight. I was walking thru the desert and I saw a coyote walk by me. It was probably 20 or 30 feet away from me.

It was about as big as a small German Shepard and a light sandy color.

Most of the ones I have seen before were much darker.

Homeland Security knows what I had for lunch???

When I bought my lunch at the grocery store I complained to the woman that per the Patriot Act she was required to report my purchases to Homeland Security.

The manager of the store overhead my snide comments about our evil government masters and chimed in saying something like

Yea, and while they are spying on us the Grand Canyon is shut down and they are not letting tourists in!!!

Well that's the good thing about Homeland Security.

It has made the American public aware that our FBI, TSA and other whole slew of Federal cops is just as bad as the Gestapo from Nazi Germany and the KGB from the former Soviet Union or Russia.

Cops falsely arresting medical marijuana patients for using hashish!!!!

In this article Arizona police officers are falsely arresting medical marijuana patients for using hashish and other concentrated forms of marijuana.

Arizona's Medical Marijuana Act very specifically says that ALL forms of marijuana are legal for medical marijuana patients. But the cops have come up with a lame excuse to arrest patients who using hashish and other forms of concentrated marijuana saying it really isn't marijuana.

I suspect that it contains brominated vegetable oil or BVO as he calls it.

I know that more often then not when the government bans certain foods it's for POLITICAL REASON, not health reasons.

A interview with a real jerk

Some guy interviewed me for a job and he seemed more interested in insulting me and calling me names then asking me questions to see if I was qualified for the job.

He also seemed to have an ego as big as David Dorn's.

He pretty much bragged how wonderful he was throughout the interview.

I am certain I won't get that job.

I suspect the interview was mostly to let the guy satisfy the guys ego on how wonderful he was, while at the same time letting me know how worthless I am.

That was that interview out just north of Metro Center.

2) The law requiring taxi drivers to take drug tests. Despite Prop 203 which says in ARS 36-2802 that medical marijuana patients can't be busted for DUI because of marijuana metabolites in their system, the cops are arresting medical marijuana patients for DUI per ARS 28-1381

But Prop 203 which is Arizona's medical marijuana law in ARS 36-2802.D, clearly says if you are a medical marijuana patient you can not be arrested for DUI because you have marijuana metabolites in you body:

ARS 36-2802.D Operating, navigating or being in actual physical control of any motor vehicle, aircraft or motorboat while under the influence of marijuana, except that a registered qualifying patient shall not be considered to be under the influence of marijuana solely because of the presence of metabolites or components of marijuana that appear in insufficient concentration to cause impairment.

3) Law that limits light rail fare to 5 cents or is that 25 cents or a quarter.

At this web site they will use the GPS metatags embedded in you photos to tell you the location that your photo was shot at.

Most modern cell phones will allow you to record the location of any photos you shoot by embedding meta tags which contain the GPS location the photo was shot in the photo's files.

Will some people, like those phony baloney libertarians, David, Ernie and Mike will accuse me of giving this information to the cops, I am sure the cops already have this information and know how to extract the GPS information from you photos.

A few months back software billionaire John McAfee made the news on this issue when he was a fugitive and was releasing photos to the media.

Some hacker took the photos and extracted the GPS information and determined that John McAfee was lying about the location he claimed the photos were shot at.

Arizona's Medical Marijuana Act very specifically says that ALL forms of marijuana are legal for medical marijuana patients.
